A warehouse sized for the company they are now

Greenfield build, then maintenance

Land ID needed a data warehouse, but didn't want to overspend on a platform that was too large for their scaling business. They also didn't want to be mired in spreadsheets, building tech debt they'd need to unwind in 5 years.

We built a lightweight platform appropriate for their growing company, and we still run it. Most warehouse projects fail by over-building: keeping all the data behind a curtain until it's a pristine "single source of truth". Operators know they need to begin using the data right away, and mature it into a more governed asset over time. Starting smaller means the thing is in use sooner, and the learnings of the business can be reflected in the metrics and reporting in real time.

We maintain the project with one fractional engineer, which is the right size for this problem.

Do you need a warehouse, or a smaller version of one?

We will tell you which, including when the answer means a smaller engagement for us. The first conversation costs nothing.
